What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For standard production models with custom laser logo and standard gift boxes, MOQ is 500 units. For fully customized Pantone silicone colors, MOQ is 1,000 units. For brand-new custom steel mold tooling, MOQ is 2,000 units.
What is your sample policy and turnaround?
Stock samples ship within 24 hours via DHL/FedEx (3-5 days delivery). Custom 3D prototypes take 48-72 hours. Custom color molded samples take 5-7 business days.
What testing documentation do you provide for customs clearance?
We provide FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 extraction reports, CE-EMC certificates, RoHS 2.0 test results, UN38.3 lithium battery transport test reports, MSDS, and Certificate of Origin (CO) upon request.
